Into the woods to mind the wolf, to heed the witch.
The studio apartment she's found for such a steal of a price is crappier even than Lexi could have imagined it to be. Which makes sense, given that the building appears situated in the less wealthy section of town. It ought to depress her, but instead, Lexi finds herself delighted by the process of reinventing the space into her own. She spends most of the day cleaning and restoring the parts that need to be restored. She only gets around to moving her stuff in and unpacking by the middle of the afternoon. She's covered in sweat, dressed as she is in her corset and fishnets. She laughs to herself as she catches sight of herself in the mirror. She is the very definition of hot damn mess.
She gives up for a bit when she loads her box of dolls and Beanie Babies into the corner. She still has to sort and organize them, and that is going to take ages. And Lexi, with her current bout of inspiration, doesn't have ages. She has the strongest desire for iced tea and something sweet. Preferably something minty and sweet.
So she abandons her moving project in favor of seeking out refreshment from what seems to be the place to be in town: The Quill. It doesn't take her long to get there, even as people occasionally block her path, turning to gawk at her state of dress. It doesn't bother her in the least. She always does enjoy making people stare, anyway.
After this, she promises herself as she pushes through the doors of the Quill, she will text Rian, and even Wren. They still have no idea that she's arrived, after all.
She grins at that prospect, making her way over to the counter to place her order.

Lexi lives in the poorer area of Siren Cove, in a studio apartment. Not pictured are all the knick knacks she's collected throughout the years, including her doll collection, her instruments, her sheet music, her paintings, her collection of scripts, a myriad of art for the wall, and her attempts at costume design. Generally, Lexi's homes are always a mess, a reflection of her personality.
History
CHARACTER NAME: Alexia Cassandra Gibbs, goes by Lexi. Anyone who isn’t Rian or Wren that calls her by her full name gets the stink eye.

BACKGROUND & HISTORY:As Lexi would put it, her life reads like some medieval ballad. All but born in the wilderness of northern California, Lexi Gibbs is the only daughter of Henry and Jessica Gibbs. With her father serving in the military and her mother fluent in five languages, Lexi spent most of her childhood moving around with her family for both of their jobs. She lived in California until she was five; from there, she spent time in England, Washington, Texas, and New York, where she finished up high school and began frequenting the music scene, playing both solo shows and helping out with friends’ bands.
In spite of her family’s nomadic ways, Lexi grew up in a loving and stable family environment; her mother a hippie and her father a lover of all the arts. They encouraged her to pursue every passion and hobby; as a result, Lexi wound up learning how to play guitar, piano, violin, and the mandolin, as well as develop a hobby of painting to help herself unwind. She began speaking both Spanish and French at the age of five, and is quite proficient in both languages.
As the only child, Lexi grew up rather spoiled, but lonely. She desperately wanted siblings to play with, unaware until her teenage years that her parents were incapable of having more after her. Thus, she started acquiring things to help keep the loneliness at bay. Her habit of collecting people began with dolls; from porcelain and wooden dolls to Beanie Babies, Lexi accumulated a fair amount of ‘friends’ in her youth, each with their own name, backstory, and personality. (And she grew so attached, she could never bring herself to get rid of them, even to this day.)
